There are thousands of documents you need to examine...

Peki geçmiş, şu anki şikayetler? Şikayetlerin Haritasıyla çözüm çok kolay!

Şikâyetin nereden ne şekilde geldiğinin GEODI için hiçbir önemi yoktur. GEODI gelen şikâyeti önce okur anlamlandırır sonra da konunun muhatabı ilgili birime iş emri göndererek bir süreç başlatır.

Örneğin:

Bir vatandaş Atatürk Mahallesi Park caddesi Eylül sokak 24/16 adresinden, “çöplerimiz toplanmıyor sokak çöpten ve kokudan geçilmiyor” gibi bir şikâyet gönderdiğinde; GEODI bu ifadeyi okuyarak “çöplerimiz toplanmıyor” ifadesini anlamlandırarak Temizlik İşleri Müdürlüğüne bu talebi iş emri olarak gönderir.

Temizlik İşleri Müdürüne düşen bu iş emri, birim müdürü tarafından saha ekiplerinin MOBIDI’sine iş emri olarak atanır.

Sahadaki MOBIDI kullanıcısı ekip akıllı telefonuna gelen bu iş emrini okur ve şikâyet konusu yere intikal eder. Gerekli temizlik faaliyetlerini yaparak  fotoğraf video veya ses kaydı ile yaptığı işlemleri MOBIDI’de kaydeder.

Bu MOBIDI kaydı otomatik olarak Temizlik İşleri Müdürünün MOBIDI OFİS‘ine “tamamlanmış” olarak geri düşer. İlgili birim müdürü kaydı inceler, fotoğraflara ya da video kayıtlarına bakar süreci “tamamlanmış” olarak kapatır.

Bu süreçte, sonuçlanan şikayetle ilgili GEODI otomatik olarak şikâyette bulunan kişiyi süreçle ilgili bilgilendirir. 

Şikayetlerin haritası, belediye olarak vatandaşların taleplerinin değerlendirilmesi, bölgesel olarak hangi bölgelerden ne şikayetlerin geldiğinin görünmesi, büyük resmin görüntülenerek hizmet ve faaliyetlerin bu bilgilere göre şekillendirilmesine olanak sağlar. Devamında ise belediye içerisinde, vatandaşlardan gelen taleplere hizmet birimlerinin dönüş süreci sağlanır.


GEODI, Kiosklara kurulabilir, Belediye web sitesinde, cep telefonu uygulaması veya tablet üzerinden vatandaşın kullanımına sunulabilir. Böylece vatandaş, başvuru sürecini kendisi başlatabilir , süreci izleyip Belediye hizmetlerinin yerine getirilmesinde  aktif rol almış olur.

When a lot of people see GEODI for the first time they perceive it as an application that
finds a few words from documents. You search for “Ankara” and you find it. Of course GEODI does this, but there is so much more. The Language Identifier for instance creates new information from the file. This information isn’t clearly stated. It reads the file and tell you whether the file and says this file is Turkish, this file is English, that file is Russian. Our job isn’t only documents.

For instance we find locations from photographs. Here the information is embedded in the image and we find it. We also read and display CAD and GIS files. But we couldn’t find anything geographical. We only looked at the file.

So, we can say the Geographic Boundaries Identifier is the missing link. It finds derivative information from CAD and GIS files, and this is very useful. Thanks to this a user with thousands of CAD and GIS files will be able to know where the location of any file is. Isn’t that are goal?

Who has this many CAD/GIS files?

There are thousands of CAD / GIS files in the hands of municipalities, public institutions, construction companies, energy companies, KGM, ASKI, İSKI, TCDD, TEİAŞ, DSİ, MTA, İLBANK and many other institutions.

The easy management of these files, the sharing of them with relevant stakeholders whenever necessary, and revisions have always been a difficult task. GEODI is very practical (totally automatic) and brings an immediate solution.

What Kind of Need Does GEODI Meet with the Geographical Boundary Identifier?

An institution that has a lot of PDFs starts to drown in them after a while. For this reason they invest in eBYS software and are interested in GEODI. Because GEODI makes it easier for them to find what they are looking for and to manage the content on hand.

For instance if a plan is made for Ankara, but the phrase “Ankara” does not pass in the file how will you find it?

GEODI answers this question with Geographic Boundary Identifier. The Geographical Boundary Identifier reads the relevant plan, calculates the outer boundaries of the plan and draws it on the map instead. Thus, when you approach Ankara on the map, you see the limit of this plan. You click and open the relevant plan. That is it!

A smart software like GEODI automatically handles another boring job. You issued mining licenses. License limits include CAD or GIS files. In classical archives, the metadata/index field is entered. Th date of the document, who, by whom, the parcel number place, etc. all are written. This manual operation is both error likely and time-consuming. GEODI fits the work perfectly. Moreover, how many parcel numbers are in the document, it reveals all the dates that go into the content.

Different formats

We must deal with a large number of different files in the increasing volume and variety of data in the digital age. Word, Excel, PDF, NCZ, AutoCAD, UDF, ZIP, RAR are among the first to be counted. Mobile or Web GEODI users can view all these formats, 200+ in total, without additional work. In an architectural project, they can note the height of the roof opposite to the plan or a mistake in the geological survey report. They get the notes they want automatically.
